Ready to move past what’s holding you back?
Life has a way of throwing challenges our way. Maybe you've been carrying something heavy for too long, or you're ready to break free from patterns that aren't serving you anymore. Here are areas I help people navigate and heal from:

The experience and expertise to guide you forward
For over 25 years, I've had the privilege of watching people rediscover their strength, find their voice, and step into the life they truly want. It never gets old—that moment when someone realizes they have more power over their circumstances than they thought.
My journey began with my MA in Counselling Psychology from Trinity Western University in 1999, and I've been walking alongside people ever since. As a licensed Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario (CRPO #004784), I’ve trained extensively in evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, EMDR, the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapies. More importantly, I bring these tools together through a strength-based, trauma-focused, and attachment-oriented lens. That means we’ll focus on your resilience as well as your struggles, honour the impact of your past while helping you move forward, and pay attention to how your relationships and connections shape your healing. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution—we’ll draw from whatever approach supports your growth and gives you the breakthrough you need, when you need it.
This work isn't just my profession—it's my calling. And I'd be honoured to be part of your journey forward.

Let’s build your path forward
Everyone's journey looks different, which is why I use several proven approaches to find what clicks for you. Think of these as different tools in a toolkit—we'll discover which ones help you build the life you want.
The best part? You don't have to figure out which approach is "right"—we'll discover that together.
When the other person is hurting, confused, troubled, anxious, alienated, terrified; or when he or she is doubtful of self-worth, uncertain as to identity, then understanding is called for. The gentle and sensitive companionship of an empathic stance... provides illumination and healing. In such situations deep understanding is, I believe, the most precious gift one can give to another.
